Join our Spartan 60 Training weekly program designed for the young athlete (ages 12-18) wanting the advantage in strength, speed and agility.
Expect 1 hour of high intensity physical training every session. Sessions will be running year around and will be adjusted to the needs of the athletes: conditioning and speed training in the pre-season; agility and strength maintenance in-season.

2x per week on Tuesdays & Thursday
1x per week on Thursday
4 session package: $100 per athlete
8 session package: $160 per athlete
